2024-06-03 21:40:18 +0000 UTCSo well said! I agree with you 💯 Lala’s defense was so annoying and she was so controlling of the narrative for the whole reunion. Surprised Andy didn’t cut her off. I used to really like Lala too so I wasn’t coming into the season/reunion looking for reasons to not like her. Her jealousy was front and center the whole season and it’s because Ariana is making money, no other reason. What she doesn’t understand is that Ariana didn’t control the public’s obsession with Scandoval. She was a victim of the circumstance. Businesses like DWTS chose Ariana because they wanted to USE her popularity for their ratings! I’m a long time viewer of DWTS and Ariana was excellent and she worked her ass off learning the dances and she was vulnerable. People fell in love with her but she didn’t get the gig because she was cheated on, she got the gig because it became a scandal and everyone wanted to make money off of her new found popularity.

Lacks empathy for anyone but herself, and is surrounded by her mum, brother, and assistant who just say yes to her, I can’t even listen to her podcast anymore! I wish I was on that sofa and could have said that to her but in a very calm way and started the conversation with I ask you to listen and not react by getting louder than me, but she would have just continued “I am a mum” Did you know lala is a mum!? 😂 Will give it to her she is great reality tv. 😂

The scene in the hairdresser where she tells stassi she let him hit it and got a Range Rover, the way he looked, etc, this is not a relatable or sympathetic scenario, it’s Erika Jayne Jr. She also has now talked about how alone she felt etc and she hid all of that! She is so overproduced and tries so hard which is terrible reality tv. Her nothing about her line was so rehearsed and she said it during the after show too she thought it was so clever. Even the stuff about Brittany she slipped and took on a British accent when she copied the Kentucky muffin bit. Trying to stir up drama so she can get on the Valley. She is the WOAT! Why is no one saying this to her on the reunion??

2024-06-02 12:52:36 +0000 UTCThis episode is so good! I am shocked ppl feel Randell situation is comparable to scandoval. I feel like no one called out lala. That allegedly the relationship was built on bjs for range rovers, appeared to be a sugar daddy. Broke up a family with kids, it was so not relatable to the audience and I think a lot of ppl are like she put herself in that situation marrying an old dude not for love. So the audience wasn’t suprised or cared it fell apart. But then lala automatic defence mechanism is “I am a mother” I’m a mum. I would never weaponise it. I’m not better than anyone else just cos I’m a mum. Ariana was deeply in love, ten years plus, share finances, a house, froze eggs, ect. Yes the Randell lala is complicated because of a child. But again the dynamic of the relationship was just so not relatable to the audience and just cos you have a kid doesn’t mean ppl without kids can’t be equally as devasted by a breakup. Ariana was with Tom for love. Then was f*** over by a close friend and Castmate. Of course it was going to be a bigger deal all parties involved where on the show and the audience was invested in there relationship. I don’t know why no one put this to lala. It’s all over socials this view! Maybe they knew she would just lose her mind and shout louder so not worth it? Will Chris also do a pump recap?? Hope so! Love the talk even though I have different thoughts on pump to hiwa and Taylor. Fantastic duo love hiwa on the show!

People think because the return on a home isn’t high or that it takes year to accumulate equity it’s not a good investment — it is. It’s an albeit conservative investment that can yield low to high dividends over a long period of time. It’s immediate cash if you need it and statistically appreciates in value over time. And additionally, to your last point, Britini, We (Black folks collectively), have been disadvantaged for over 400 years — owning land and property is part of making us whole. Additionally, it’s what evens the playing field financially and creates true equality a reality.

In fact, it’s a right and privilege that people of color have long fought for (to have land, to keep land, and to buy beyond redlined areas).

In order to make a substantial ROI or income, you have to have a diverse portfolio: long and short term rentals, flips, etc.. If you’re investing means “we bought a house) then you’d have to consider it a passive conservative investment with potential long term gains.
