New Goal - Commission Lottery

I've added a new monthly milestone/goal for the comics - a commission lottery. This means that once a month I will use some random number generator to select a winner, that will get a free color sketch commission* (I might even livestream it!)
For every dollar you donate for that month, that's how many 'lottery tickets' you get. Thus the more you donate, the more tickets you get.
The only way to get this is if we hit the $700/month goal.
*The usual rules apply.
