2015-09-08 07:09:28 +0000 UTCHm. Well, I suppose rust is just oxidization. Water rusts effectively because it's a pretty high concentration of oxygen and hydrogen. But just open air in a low humidity environment would still rust things eventually. Assuming O2, the primary oxygen in the air, can exchange a bond with metal. I have some science to look up.
