In order for Endy to let Niixa see the energy, he has to "Bridge" to her. He's connecting his energy to hers. Niixa right now is under an unknown condition. That means that if he tried to bridge to her, he might pick up the condition from her. That's not a risk he's going to take. At least not for this particular moment.
