I work in customer experience for a higher end baby brand and we’re well known for the way we treat our customers. (I don’t want to toot our own horn but… toot toot). It keeps customers coming back. Companys like Tiffany’s, Chanel, ECT take advantage of being household names and they think that good customer service doesn’t matter. It ain’t right. Take em down Dr Wider!!
