2024-11-28 03:01:06 +0000 UTCI think it’s horrible that the bride’s brother ordered all that pizza and upstaged the bride’s menu. However, IMO if you’re hosting a dinner party/wedding, you should be thinking about your guests needs as well as your own.

I’m shocked that you are torn… think back to how much time/money you spent on your wedding and if someone ordered pizza before your dinner was even done being served and declared your food sucked? cmon, that’s awful. And also, someone who believes, to their core, that animals should not be a food source is not going to pay thousands of dollars to serve animals as food at their wedding.

It sounds like she got a fancy chef so for all we know the food could have been amazing. And then, yes, once you're drunk eat pizza later. It's just one day, everyone could humor her out of love, I would think.

Eat the food and get drunk people-it’s not your wedding you can eat afterwards. It’s not like they served some crazy food that’s not culturally relevant to them. It’s vegetables not the end of the world. I feel horrible for that Bride-she was just sharing her favorites with the people she loved but it seems they love meat more than they love her.
