Because I'm already losing count and that's probably at least three agents they've managed to let in before we're even two dozen pages deep.

THAT'S how Sisari was able to get to the third Draekon, as Gruff tried to say; even Lore's laissez-faire attitude to the whole thing wouldn't just walk up and *give* Leilani to her.
