2022-05-19 09:35:52 +0000 UTCNo, they aren't using stolen bodies right now. Dragons need mortal bodies to persist *outside* of Kaerwyn. Venturing beyond Kaerwyn without a mortal vessel to anchor them risks a forced reincarnation and a new mortal ego shrink-wrapped over their being.
