I was really hoping I wouldn't need to make another woe is me post...

But Thursday night, just as I was about to get to bed, I got a call that both of my parents were in the hospital. One of my roommates (Thanks, Sholto) was able to drive us there to see them at that time, as I can't drive my truck at night (dash lights work randomly) and the truck has had issues that didn't want me stranded by myself on the side of the road. My hometown is 1.5hrs from Raleigh.

We get there, my mom is in really rough shape. My dad seemed okay at the time. Fast forward to Saturday. I'm fueling my truck to head to my hometown to visit them when I get a call from my dad's doctor. He took a turn for the worst and was basically dying, kidney failure. I manage to get there just in time to see him before he passed. My mom is still in the hospital, but I've been talking to her everyday and she's getting better. But she's an emotional wreck.

Anyway, as you can imagine where this is leading, obviously I won't be able to update the comic for a bit. Arrow has volunteered to write more stuff for me to post, but we'll see if I get it before I have to make another trip to my hometown.

I'll be in my hometown again sometime this week and then on the weekend. This is leaving me basically no way to work on the comic. (Though I am working on it now that I am at home).

I don't intend for this interruption to last more than a couple of weeks, as I am still working on the comic. I just expect to be in my hometown more often over the next few weeks and I'm not sure when I'll get time to work on it. I can post it sporadically as I finish the pages if I that would help. Normally I post them as soon as I'm done for the higher tiers, but I could do that for the lower tiers if that's what people would prefer.

I'm not sure what's going to happen in the coming days, but I'll try to keep you all informed.
