UPCOMING SCHEDULE AND A FEATURE CHANGE

Hello everyone! Welcome to a new month. I've updated the schedule for September!

We'll be continuing our journeys with A DIFFERENT FOOTING and THE FALL OF WOMEN: THE GREAT TRIAL. Chapter four of each will see publication this month. The community story we're getting, which won a monthly poll a while back, is a story titled HELL IS IN THE HEART. Two chapters are slated for release this month, meaning we're back to our regular schedule: one release a week.

A few notes: the monthly polls will go live on Monday, and that is also when MEGA links will refresh, stories will leave early access, and so on. Remember: all benefits are issued exclusively through Discord! https://discord.gg/B5B8E9bJq7

Now, the change. The proposal that was sent to me via DM concerns the feature of bonus chapters.

Currently, bonus chapters are essentially extra smut scenes taken from my existing stories. They are available in early access to patrons at tier BRAT and above, then progressively unlock for PET and COLLARED patrons.

Under the proposal suggested by your fellow patron, which I've decided to try out, these bonus chapters will be replaced by something else. Not completely - we would still have them from time to time. But most of the time, there will be a new feature in their place: sequels to community stories.

See, community stories are usually one-shots, voted by patrons at tier BRAT and above. I use them as a neat way to experiment with a narrative concept in a somewhat contained fashion, which allows me to "test" some themes that might become more fleshed out in future, longer serials.

For example, those sharp-eyed among you might have noticed the similarities between THE DEVIL'S TOYS and A LEASHED TIGER. That's no coincidence.

However, by their nature, community stories as one-shots often leave readers wanting for more. I've lost count of how many times I've gotten requests to "write chapter 2 of X", with X being pretty much any community story I've ever written.

It's undeniable that by having to exhaust an idea in one single chapter, I often end up not doing it justice in full. That's why the suggestion was made to me to allow SWITCH patrons to decide on which community stories should get a continuation with a monthly poll.

We're going to give this a trial run, and that is why HELL IS IN THE HEART, will be comprised of two parts. If it works and you folks like it, we'll keep the change, if not - we'll roll it back. Stay safe, and happy reading!
