Community Story, HELL IS IN THE HEART: Chapter Two

Patrons at the Pet tier will receive it in October, while it will become available at the Collared tier in November, and the public won't get to read it until March 2024.

In line with the experiment to flesh out community stories, this story starts as a bit of a slow burner. Normally I write community stories as one-shots: I use them as a neat way to experiment with a narrative concept in a somewhat contained fashion, which allows me to "test" some themes that might become more fleshed out in future, longer serials.
One of the most frequent requests I get, is for longer community stories that explore and flesh out their premises in bigger detail, and this is the first community story to get that treatment.
Chapter two of HELL IS IN THE HEART is coming later this month, and I plan to have more after that, so enjoy the slow burn, while it lasts... ;)
