Don't worry no death today, just taxes.
I imagine most of you have already received an email from Patreon explaining the situation. However in case you haven't I recommend checking this out.
Basically to summarise, if you live in certain locations (some states in the US for example) you'll start being charged extra tax. This varies from place to place, so I recommend checking out the link I posted above to seeing how this will affect you.
The majority of rewards I offer unfortunately will be taxable, but any "tip jar" style tiers are not. I will be making the necessary changes on these tiers to make sure you don't pay any extra tax than necessary.
