I come from a film and television background, and one thing I encourage you to do, if not already, actually register your video production with the federal copyright office. Anything short of that, you don't really have a leg to stand on except DMCA, and you'd spend more money fighting than what is paid out on average. (The DMCA lure is a possible $30k in recovery, the average payout is $300 - $500. I think less than a handful in the US received the full 30K.) I had one of my photographs lifted by a global brand, which they published on all the clothing tags. Because I register my works at the copyright office, I had the federal court at my back, and while it didn't go that far... I go the full amount in a settlement. If that had just been under the DMCA, I would have likely only won a few hundred bucks, and a C&D to the offender. You don't have to copyright each episode, that's expensive. You can batch them as a Season or Collection for the price of one filing. If you need help or guidance, reach out to me, happy to help. Will save you money when dealing with offender, you hold the power and settlements end faster.
