Pedophilia in my opinion among other things is born out of perversion. I think we as a society have normalized porn and instant sexual gratification. Its born the same way fetishs are born, they either have had a related experience in the past or its just full bore degeneration. And i think it shows in alot of these predators, i cant remeber the name but i remeber one having a major step daughter fetish. I wonder where he got that, its not like incest porn is on the front page of pornhub or anything. I pose you a challenge find me an nsfw online image repository that doesnt have lolicon or shotacon; I cant understand for the life of me how people can defend lolicon and act like its anything besides drawn child porn. Personally i dont see much of a difference between drawn child porn and regular child porn as far besides having enough of a moral compass not to harm actual children. If you cant help being a pedophile and think its just who you are as a person heres a tip, try not masturbating everyday for a month and see where your at. Also im not saying just because you watch porn means your a pedo, but i think internet porn plays a huge role in bridging the gap between regular person who may have been abused as a child and pedophile. Its not a sexuality, its an addiction.

Surprised to see this topic pop up again cus I saw this 2017ish. Maybe even 2016 back in high school. Didn’t think there would be confusion between the two because with a few minutes on twitter it was really obvious MAPs wanted to viewed as a legitimate sexuality where as VPs knew it was wrong. Felt like a time warp.

If we as a society would put every single pedophile to death, we wouldn't need to have these "moral dilemmas." These types of people cannot and should not be saved, and it is best for humanity as a whole to put them against the wall anytime we encounter them.

Also, people usually died before they were 30! A 40 year old would be rare! The infant mortaity rate was so low, people literally were trying to populate the world. They were ignorant, had little to no education, and died from cholera, bacteria, and other easily avoided/cured illnesses. People can't compare back then to now.

I agree with this walker guy honestly. What you feel is governed by your neurochemistry, you cant help that. But you can help yourself. I used to have a patient that would come into my hospital's ED. Several times the man tried to cut his penis off. He was a MAP. He was so afraid he would offend. His solution was to try and castrate himself. I commend the man on his morality, but I think there is a much better way to treat this. Also, does anyone know what that dislike plugin for chrome is called?

Great podcast! Always interesting, captivating topics. Keep up the good fight because I belive children's abuse issues are the NUMBER ONE problem in our current society, far ahead of drug abuse, racism, ect, ect.....it all starts with our precious children and they need protection at all costs! Btw- check out the YouTube channel 'soft white underbelly ' I'd say 90 percent of these people's issues started with childhood abuse, mainly caused by pedophiles

All a person has to do is use their critical thinking skills. Left or right, I don't care... but the only people who play semantic games with language are the ones who KNOW they are wrong. Pedophiles are WRONG, being attracted to children is WRONG. People who put our children in danger deserve NO QUARTER given.
