I'm actually surprised you know about Dick Masterson haha do you watch his show too or just stumbled across him and got the names mixed up?

And people have grown accustomed to not scrutinising whatever they're being fed. And so.. these scenes with children in movies become abstract to them, since whoever put them out "surely knows what they're doing", and something along this mindset. These children then are no longer people, it doesn't feel real to the one watching it. Yes, the industry isn't bad, but these creeps invade all spaces they can have access to children. There are too many stories about schools and daycares along these lines, too. I for one am extremely uncomfortable with how gender and sexuality are so emphasised in schools, even among little children that are way too young for these concepts. Their brains aren't ready for this, and yes it will backfire on them later in life when they come to realise how inherently evil these exchanges were. By then it's too late to have done anything about it. I really hope this "failsafe" you spoke about wherein there's someone there to keep an eye on these Hollywood folk as they interact with kids will be put in place, sooner rather than later.
