Hi guys, Our schedule and calendars change like crazy these months so we stopped some tutorials in progress (and we will be back to those soon) but we both work hard to bring this tutorial as it is one of the requested topics that we didn't covered yet. And that is Painting Bones.

Guys, If you don't plan to paint along at first watch of this tutorial (and I recommend to watch all those tonal mixes and their application closely - we tried to give you best insight to density of these layers, to all tonalities etc..) then I have a challenge for you : take a shot of your favorite alcohol every time you hear me say "pretty". Joke aside, I noticed my use of this word in this tutorial. Is it because of the topic that I like, Is it because I find skeleton warriors pretty!? Well, maybe both. Let us know in the comments if you would like to see my first fully painted miniature (it is also first unit I bought in games workshop store) when I started painting miniatures.

Having drink advising being covered, I want to let you know there is one surprise for you guys somewhere in the mid of the video. New exercise. After you watched this tutorial, download pdf with my sketch if you would like to practice a bit of making flat surface looks 3d. I believe it will help you all focus on volumes and contrast even more and bring you better understanding of this topic when you switch this practice to miniature.

Also, let us know how you like seeing mini in different angles during tutorial. Seeing it more closely and hopefully getting the feeling of being next to me while I am painting and explaining this lesson.
