Tragically, there have been deaths in the ring, Dawn. One of the more famous was that of Duk Koo-Kim (R.I.P.), a S. Korean boxer who fought Ray "Boom-Boom" Mancini in 1982. The story is well-worth looking up, heart-breaking as it is. My Pop & me saw it live on free TV on a Saturday afternoon. He couldn't watch boxing anymore after that.

Please react to "48 Hours" with Nolte & Eddie Murphy, an excellent comedy/action/crime drama... You're no pansy, Dawn. MMA isn't for everyone.
