Channel Announcements (Livestream today! Shinto series!)
Added 2020-09-29 18:08:42 +0000 UTC1) Two livestreams today: I'll be hosting a channel-wide livestream at 3:00 PM (US east coast time), and then a $5+ patron-only livestream soon after at about 4:15 PM (east coast time). I'll end the first stream around 4 to give myself a short break and to launch the patron stream. I'll post the private link here on Patreon for all patrons at a $5 level or above.
2) Shinto Series: I'm publishing episode 1 of a 5-part series on Shinto TOMORROW! Kaitlyn Ugoretz, a UC Santa Barbara PhD candidate and expert on Shinto is the main writer and researcher. We've been collaborating since early August to bring this series to the channel! Super excited.
3) Annual Memberships: I know a lot of you have been patrons for many years, so you might be interested to hear that Patreon just enabled the ability for patrons to sign up for annual memberships. This means that instead of being charged every month, you're charged once and gain access to a full year of the RFB Patreon. I've set a 15% discount for annual memberships.
4) Discord and $2 Tier: I'm launching a new $2 tier which enables you to join the new RFB Discord server and participate in upcoming polls to vote on future episodes. The first poll will launch soon voting on a 5-episode series on Confucianism or Buddhism.
