Toon Armor/Dress concept
Added 2018-08-21 21:33:20 +0000 UTCA little concept I wanted to work on, a dress for Toon where she looks kinda militar yet still being a dressed, not entirely satisfied yet but it's a good start, I'll keep working on it but on the meantime this is what I have :)
