Blender is the best free software for video editing but its hard to use so not many people bother to learn. With my presets it will be made easy to figure out as its all good to go right off the bat!
This video demonstrates the censoring tool I put together today!
With one little change you can also adjust the intensity of the pixelation!
Its also neatly organized so people can have a good workflow for whatever they need done at the time!
All that's left is to make a tutorial and release!
