Dynamic Female Weather Idles | Beta 1.4

The first animation is complete, that being the snowy weather idle!
Compatible with EVG condition Idles and uses a similar left hand over right style arm cross in its base pose. Ensuring a smooth transition if using her mods movement animations alongside this idle animation.
Currently this mod requires OAR but in the future I will also provide a DAR Replacer that can be installed if using evg conditional idles!
