四肢骨折さんの入院日記①

私が担当するこの子は最近で一番ひどい怪我だ。
自転車に乗っている所を事故に巻き込まれて、上半身から地面に叩きつけられてしまったらしい。
強い衝撃を受けた首は頸椎にひびが入り、両腕は上腕から指先まで粉砕骨折してしまっている。
両脚も後続の車に轢かれたらしく、大腿骨、膝、足首の複数個所で骨折している。
辛うじて脊髄の損傷は免れたものの、手足には後遺症が残ると言われている。
四肢をギプスで固定され、ぐったりと横たわる姿は痛々しい。
可哀想だが半年は入院だろう。
しっかりと看護してあげなければ…。

The limbs are fixed with a cast, and the appearance of lying down seems to be very painful.
Hospitalization lasts for half a year.
I take care of this girl responsibly.
