まだ呼吸もできず、寝たきりだが、少し腫れが引いてきたのでギプスをちゃんと作り直すらしい。
脚台に固定されていた脚がゆっくりと持ち上げられ、包帯が解かれていく。しかし、間木さんは触った感覚が無いようで不思議そうな顔をしている。
どうやら首から下が麻痺しているのは確定みたいだ。
これから彼女は別の部屋に運ばれて、胴体、両腕、両脚すべてを新しいギプスで固定する。どんな痛々しい姿になってしまうのか…。引き続き観察する。
