四肢骨折さんの入院日記⑩

でも複雑に折れた両脚、両脚は付け根から指先までまだがっちりとギプスに覆われている。昨日ようやく首のコルセットとカテーテルは外してもらえたけど、リハビリを頑張りすぎて痛みと熱が出てしまった…。
「う…うぅ…」
また腫れてしまった骨折部分が熱く、息をするたびにズキズキという痛みが全身に響く。両脇には冷やす為の氷嚢が置かれて、痛みのひどい両脚は天井からまた吊り上げる事になった。
ギプスに覆われた両脚がゆるく開脚した状態で牽引される。
何度やっても恥ずかしいけど、今はただ呻いて横たわるしかできない…。
熱がひいたら車椅子で外にでてもいいらしいけど本当かな…？

I've been in the hospital with a broken limb and am currently in the midst of rehabilitation.
However, both legs were broken in a complicated way, and both legs were still covered in casts from the base to the tips of the fingers. Yesterday, I was finally able to have the corset and catheter removed from my neck, but I worked too hard on my rehabilitation and ended up with pain and fever.

The swollen fracture area is also hot, and every time I take a breath, a throbbing pain reverberates through my entire body. Ice packs were placed on either side of my body to keep me cool, and my legs, which were in severe pain, had to be hoisted up from the ceiling again.
Her legs, covered in casts, are hung from the ceiling with her legs spread loosely.
It's embarrassing no matter how many times I do it, but now all I can do is moan and lie there...
Apparently you can go outside in a wheelchair once your fever subsides, but is that true?
