Progress Update (+ some game engine improvements)

-Half of all intro scenes for Hartlepool are done, and most characters ready,
-Some extra scenes for side romances done.
-When I finish setting the initial playability of Hartlepool, I'll go back to Leffrin and Penketh to polish the fast closings of Chapter One and give some extra steps.
-Now that you’ve played enough of the game, Skip Prologue added to jump fast into a new game (but anyway Save Compability should work)
Some Game Engine Improvements:
-Added Option: Text Scroll Speed: Useful for all reading needs, and especially useful for Hands Free mode working as intended.
-Faster forced time on screen before dialogue goes away (for use with Hands Free mode)
-16 Save slots
