Mass Effect Andromeda: Looking Ahead

In the old days of the website, I'd write a series as I posted it. However, a couple of series hit a dead-end as I lost interest. This happened to my Thi4f retrospective and I still feel bad about it today. I know it's frustrating to reach the middle of a work and realize you're going to be left hanging forever. To prevent this in the future, I decided to make sure to finish a series before I begin posting it.

"Finish" might be too strong a word. I often add material as the series goes. In the comments someone will say, "I can't wait until Shamus reviews the beach party where your entire squad puts on bikinis and hangs out on the beach teaching the Angara to play volleyball." Then I realize I totally forgot about the beach party and I'll cram that in wherever it might fit. Then someone will mention the cook-off and I'll have to add that. And the showdown against the Archon at the Kett Cluster-Wide Interspecies Poetry Slam.

Which means that a series will get longer as we go, sometimes resulting in adding extra entries. That's fine. The important part is that the ending is written so that if I lose interest or run short on time, the series can still reach a proper conclusion.
