I think this might be a video focusing on Harbinge and their storm cellars. The ladder coming down from above hints this is underground. Looking back at the first teaser, I see a slab of concrete, similar to the ones Harbinger recommends to build a shelter. However since Lethal Omen and Monthly Progress Report, we've seen how Harbinge's products don't completely protect against the Iris and its creations (and I'm still baffled as to what that small dome in the middle of the shelter does). So could this new video be Harbinge updating their tech and guidelines based on new info they've gotten about the Iris and woodcrawlers? OR Could this be a new home video showing someone hiding in a Harbinge shelter and getting attacked by a woodcrawler, that would be terrifying. Either way, those are my guesses for this video.
