Rukia and the Twins 3 Sketch

My idea is she's been played with a lot over time, which I plan to show in some side panels. She's tied up but not too securely since she won't try to fight out, I guess the twins broke her in time. She's broken and exhausted when someone found her in that state and who's to know whether that's good or bad for her.
Looking for feedback and suggestions for panels or the story in general.
