The Pricing looks very good, Graham. I wasn´t sure about switching the $75 and $100 Tier... But on second thought... An average chapter of a story is around 30 to 40 pages. These pages have to be written, rewritten... optimized. Maybe research is necessary. And that needs a certain time. Makes more sense that way.

My suggestions/opinions for tier prices: Audio podcasts $10 (think this is reasonable as there’s lots of free podcasts available, although not many idol ones) 2 random cheki $20 (this works on the current tier so no need to change, unless there’s an option to choose which groups your random cheki comes from and then I’d be happy to pay extra - say $30 i.e. we can choose 5 groups for you to pick randomly from) Hangout once a month on youtube channel $30 (could be fun, but because of the time differences might make it difficult to pick a time when everyone could hang out) Bts video request/tokyo filming (i go someplace in tokyo) $50 (Bts would be of more interest, already thousands of Tokyo videos available on YouTube) Vip email for items sold at idol underworld $75 (a lower rate than the current tier to maybe encourage more people at this level) One chapter per month idol horror story $100 (assuming this is going to be your new book?) Anime/idol goods mailed they will be limited editions $125 (lots of online stores available for anime goods so personally doesn’t appeal as I don’t collect much in those items). One thing I’ve thought might be an option for you to make some money (not necessarily as a Patreon tier) is to offer to buy and ship goods to people for Japanese websites that don’t accept foreign credit cards. Act as a Zenmarket, Tenso type thing, you order goods & deliver to your address and then ship them out to us. Obviously we’d then pay you a premium cost to cover your time & packing/shipping costs. For example there are some Niji No Conquistador goods I’d like but you have to go through Benly Express for foreign orders and so far I haven’t looked into setting up an account with Benly, it’d be easier to do through someone like yourself as you are reliable and we’d have no issues getting deliveries.

I think that this is a good set of tiers, it brings a lot of benefits. I think that people will like it.

Sounds great that way. I have nothing to add or anything i would make different. I don´t know the pricing yet, but in that order it´s a perfect mixture to attract new supporters and a good motivation to raise pledges from existing supporters.
