Then we see Stefan opening one of his many dairies to see the picture of someone who looks exactly like Elena, and right at that moment, the music lyrics say, “swap our places. “ What are they trying to tell us? That is why it is so important to pay attention to what is happening in the scenes, because that scene with Stefan and that picture says why he came to Mystic Falls.

Very very different view on how vampires work. I'm excited to see you guys' reaction to this - i joined for this haha. It's gonna be so fun..I have literally watched this show all the way through about 6 times, sooo ready to do my 7th time with you guys!! It's a fun ride for sure.

Sophie assuming everyone was a vampire & comparing everything to Twilight had me absolutely weak lmao! When it comes to typical vampire lore, Twilight is the most far off-base whereas Vampire Diaries and True Blood are two shows that are closer to the usual vampire stereotypes. Also, heads up, y'all missed something about that Bonnie/Elena car scene that will give you more insight on Bonnie but I'm not going to tell you what lol, you'll figure it out soon!
