Loveeeeee Lexi

Sophie stop thinking about the ages and stuff. Also, it doesn’t matter if a person was 12 when they turned and another was 30. If the 12 yr old has been a vampire longer than the 30 yr old then that makes the 12 yr old stronger

Leanna _

was starting to wondering the same thing!

I honestly wish we had 3 vids a week.

Sofie: “Finally, because honestly, Damon, what is the point of everything you're doing?” Mair: “No, he is fucking around. He is playing, he always playing. He wanna play, play, play all fucking day.” You guys have me rolling 🤣 Sofie, you ask good questions: -What is the point of Damon’s actions? -Why does Damon want that crystal? Mair makes good, fun, and blunt remarks. I enjoy that. Notice how Damon looks and talks to Lexi and vice versa. Facial expression and tone also tell us the story.

Probably not happening but are y’all gonna continue watching Forever?

Another reason why Damon killed Vicki (besides being bored) was going to use her as the vampire the council was looking for. Remember that in episode 4, the council said, “they come back.” In episode 6, the audience sees Logan using the compass to find the vampire and kill it. When Damon took out the bullets from Stefan, he said, “They know,” after he noticed they were wooden bullets. Damon found the compass and took it. In episode 7, Damon was reading the newspaper and said, “They are covering up, there is not a word.” Damon was referring to the council covering Logan's death. When Damon retrieved Vicki’s dead body, he looked at it as if to say, “What am I going to do now without a vampire to get the council off my trail?” That is why it is essential to look at body language and facial expressions to understand what is happening on the show. Lexi was at the wrong place and the wrong time because Damon used her as the vampire the council sought out.

sadly no

Mair and Sofie, would it be okay if you guys put a square screen instead of an oval one?

You have to make sure you get the heart if you stab a vampire with wood. But Stephen just stabbed him in the stomach.

By the way, in the real world some kids have sex very early, as early as fourteen, even earlier, which is shocking but is a reality that cannot be ignored and pretend it doesn't happen. Also they find a way to drink to stupor because is something prohibited and that is the way for them to feel adult. Most TV show pretend that is something that doesn't happen, that kids are all under stringent parents control, that they are all mature, etc. Not this show, here reality is depicted for as shocking as it is. Like Jeremy is 15 and Vicky was 18, do you think that if given the chance a fifteen years old boy would say no to have sex with an older girl? Of course he would. Damon is 24 ( in human term) and Caroline is 17, she invited him in her room, to have sex, he wouldn't been able to enter if she didn't invited him in. All our group of friends are 17, Elena, Matt, Tyler, Bonnie, and Caroline. Stefan is stack at 17 and Jenna is 25 and Alaric is 34.. All parents apparently went to school together so Liz Forbes, Elena's mother, Matt mother are around 40 years old. Carol Lockwood is in her mid 40's, flirting with Damon.... Just to give you the context of the age of the main characters.

I wish we got 8-10 today 😂😂

Okay so basically, wood weakens and causes pain to vampires, so when Stefan staked Damon, he did it in the stomach and not his heart which would have killed him. Because earlier in the season Damon saved Stefan from being killed by Logan in the woods, Stefan basically "owed" him, but Stefan is obviously furious that Damon killed his oldest best friend Lexi, so this was a warning and a way to settle his debt to Damon, because he could have killed Damon and staked him through the heart as revenge then and there, but he chose to spare his life and therefore he doesn't owe Damon anymore. So it was just a way to settle the score and Damon would just heal from the injury since it wasn't in his heart. Stefan isn't forgiving Damon by any means for killing Lexi, because we've seen the way that Damon uses other people in order to control Stefan, like threatening to kill the people the cares about or manipulating them. Even messing with Caroline who is Elena's friend is a way of interfering in Stefan's life to have power over him. In the first or second episode, Damon said to Stefan that he made it his life's mission to make Stefan miserable, and the reason behind that will be explained later on in the show, but yeah staking Damon just injured him temporarily, which was Stefan's way of showing that he could have killed Damon out of revenge, but because he sparred Damon's life, he settled their score and now Damon doesn't have anything to hold over Stefan and basically he should leave him alone. The major theme here is that Stefan has just evened the power imbalance between them.

Yules

Yeah, it was basically just a warning for Damon showing that Stefan could have killed him but he didn't and spared his life, saying that now they're even because Damon got the council off of both of their trails, but at the expense of killing Lexi.

Not the whiteboard 🤣🤣

When it comes to age, the way I see it is that if you turn into a vampire, you are still stuck with the same physical body AND psychological brain. For example, if a 5 year old was turned into a vampire, he would forever look like and act like a kid. They show that in Twilight with the children vampires as well where the Volturi have to kill them because they are way too chaotic because they can't control their impulses as well as in the movie "Interview with the Vampire" where the little girl is frustrated that she can't grow up and be a woman because she became a vampire at the age of 11. So she still acts like a kid, even if she's been alive for 30 years. Although yes after living so long you can act more mature, I think that both physical and psychological development stop when someone turns into a vampire. Therefore if Stefan tuned at 17, just like Edward, they are still teenagers mentally, but they have developed maturity from living a long life with a lot of different experiences.

Little things you missed. Lexi compelled the bar tender NOT to ask for IDs and to give f drink for free. That how Caroline end up drunk, and that is why the bar tender got arrested too. Mair, Elena is not Katherine, Elena is not a vampire, she go out in the sun, vervain doesn't effect her, the entire town seen her grow up, from kid to now, she didn't know anything about vampires, until few days ago, only human can invite vampire's in a house, etc. So rest assure that most definitely Elena is not Katherine. There is a specific reason why Elena looks like Katherine but you will have to wait for the show to give you the explanation for it. The lore of this show is been explained step by step.... it is complex so it needs time and the right moment. You learn one thing more that there are older vampires then Damon and Stefan and that the vampire strengths is not only due to the fact that they need to drink human blood to be fully themselves, but age counts too, the older the stronger they become., and for younger vampires to get the upper hand, they have to outsmart them and get them by surprise that isn't easy. Damon completely outsmart Lexi and took her by surprise.

Lexiiiii 🥹 the impact of a character we meet for one episode, TVD does such a good job with characters in the story! Lexi was a real one 😭 love her down

The sheriff was one minute away from figure things out, so Damon though to use Lexi to deflect the attention from them, and to conquer the council trust, by staking a vampire in front of the sheriff, saving her life. Lexi and Damon clearly knew each other for long time and clearly they don't like each other. But she was Stefan Best friends. So, Damon knowing what was coming, went to Stefan's room to wait for him and let him beat him. Remember Damon is much stronger than Stefan and if you look at the scene he doesn't retaliate, he doesn't defend himself, he doesn't punch back, he let Stefan steam up his rage. He didn't expect Stefan to stake him. and yes to kill a vampire you have to stake him or her in the heart, as you seen before with Stefan being shoot by Logan with wooden bullets to weaken him, and he was going to stake him in the heart to kill him. So, Stefan staked Damon in the stomach, it was painful but he will recover.

Patpet

Mair is right. Stefan staked Damon but he didn't put the stake through his heart. So it's basically just an injury which will heal relatively quickly like all their other injuries. If he staked him through the heart like Lexi, he'd be dead.

Jeremy's not doing drugs, putting in an effort at school, and finally acting like a normal teenager. Taking away his memory of Vampire Vicki & her death, his most recent trauma, in away also took away most of his suffering.

TWICE A WEEK??! THANK U 😭😭😭

Yeah you're right.💯Stefan intentionally missed Damon's heart when he stabbed him with the stake. It didn't do anything to him. He said he was sparing him😭❤️He don't wanna Cain and Abel his bro😭
