They were both voted off, and had the chance to either leave or recouple and come back to the villa. So they chose to recouple and so it could come off as "playing" along as a couple in order to stay in the villa and pursue other connections. The entire season, they had no intimate interactions (yes because Olandria was going after Taylor and Nic was with Cierra) but I think it came off as they just wanted to save themselves so they "act" like they want to pursue each other just to stay in the villa. Also, when they first kissed they both said they weren't feeling it, and then switched up right after they were eliminated. So I can see why that would make people think they're faking it, so they could stay on the show. But, in the end they're the realest and most loved couple of the show!

We found out a day before the reunion aired that Amiya and Bryan and Pepe and Iris broke up but on the reunion they state they are still together because it was filmed two weeks in advance from the aired date. Um Chelley, Olandria, Ace, Nic all unfollowed Huda because she went on a call her daddy podcast and said she was bullied and no one had her back in there. She already knew Chelley and Olandria were getting hate from her fans and Olandrias face was put on George Floyd’s body and Huda was the police officer. Huda never addressed her fans and let them continue to bully and say harsh things towards Chelley and Olandria. Coco went on an interview and called Olandria delusional about Taylor and was saying she was saying my man my man my man when that never happened and the night before they filmed the reunion Nic was on live from the hotel room and jd was on the phone with coco and Olandria was in the room with Nic and coco said she wanted to say hi to Olandria and Olandria stated she was cool and left the room. All will be addressed during the reunion. The extended clip of the heart rate challenge with Huda and Ace was shown and Huda was definitely in the wrong but they never showed them asking Ace why he was basically accepting and interacting. The reunion is definitely worth watching a lot of unseen moments. Nic and Olandria are on top #TheVanCarthens. Also after reunion what is happening now. Nic was friends with the wrong people because Taylor and Ace turned on him calling his and Olandria relationship fake. When Nic and Olandria been nothing but nice the entire time. We haven’t seen Chelley and Olandria around each other since Ace did the speedy interview calling Nic and ola relationship fake. But I believe that everyone is jealous of how popular they have become since the show. Nic and ola did so many brand deals, agua de kefir, nyx lip combo, sweet green, Vaseline, they went to the VMA’s. Ola walked in ny fashion week for Sergio Hudson and rasing canes. Their was many more. Iris and Tj back together. And the only couple that are still together from this season are Nic and Ola, Chelley and Ace, and Taylor and Clarke.

Bcuz even tho Iris and Pepe supposedly were friends and then explored romantically (even tho we never saw them have a conversation beforehand), no one was calling them fake, even after they broke up. It all comes down to the fact that some ppl can’t understand (or more so refuse to see) why Nic, a very charismatic, popular, conveniently attractive man (let alone yt man) is head over heels in love with Olandria, a black woman (dsbw at that). Ppl will try to start discourse over the little things and they are always so easily squashed bcuz THERE WAS NOTHING TO DICUSS. if Nic was any race, and Ola was anything OTHER than a black woman, this discourse would be nonexistent. But I’ve learned to just let it go bcuz if haters want to spend so much time trying to “find proof” that this beautiful black woman can’t be loved and treated like the way Nic does, that’s their time and effort they’re putting into it. My clients have great support around them and their relationship and careers are thriving and so that’s all I care about

Also with Amaya and Bryan winning it was def more of sympathy votes for Amaya and less of voting for the couple bc the way no one cared about Bryan. 2025-09-16 16:46:35 +0000 UTCi can FINALLY say everything i wanna say. yall better sit back for this one 😌. knowing sophie, im sure she’s seen a lot of stuff on nicolandria so i don’t have to say much about them. i’m sure yall know they’re still together :) they’re thriving and living life to the fullest. they’re both so smitten, it’s so cute to witness. they mentioned that they’re officially meeting the family soon and ola’s taking nic to her hbcu homecoming. all the other 3 final couples broke up LMFAOOO. bryan and amaya broke up like two weeks ago cus he basically scammed. won 50k, pretended to be into her, then dipped. pepe and iris broke up because he cheated and she’s supposedly back with tj now 😭😭. and then you already saw huda & chris wouldn’t work out so no surprise there. other than the couples, a lot of friendships are BONES. based on jealously and bitterness. some of the “tight” friendships in the villa ain’t even there anymore. safe to say, no one expected nic and olandria to be this big when they got out. they’re definitely the biggest stars to come out of LI history, and that itself warranted a lot of hate and jealously from islanders themselves and fans. but they remain humble and in their own bubble of happiness, which i love to see. also, nic does NOT play bout ola. he been online dragging haters and saying a whole bunch of stuff when they talk about her or their relationship. he has no filter 🤣. switching topics, i hope yall react to the reunion cus … yeah. thank yall for this journey, it was fun watching with yall. idk if yall plan to watch next season. i feel like im done after s7 lmfao.
