To bark, or not to bark...

Being a pretty well-trained dog, I usually like to keep my shit in order - which typically means being organised and making loads of work for myself. I noticed late last year that I'd started spending a bunch of time on admin tasks - tweaking the website, running the discord server, organizing Patreon and doing promo etc. Many of these things were 'under-the-hood' bits that you wouldn't see, but they began distracting from the time I have available to make content.
So - having assessed the true value of spending effort on the hypno-file equivalent of folding your socks... I've decided to refocus on what matters most. I'll do it by:
Cutting some things you never knew I was doing and probably don't care about, and also some stuff like the monthly Upcoming Files updates. RIP my weak puns.
Making the release schedule more consistent - now a minimum of three new files per month, releasing in a ruff 10-day rhythm.
Reducing the amount of promo I do... so, you know... if you want to bark in public about the files you've enjoyed, I'll owe you headpats! (Thank you!)
Taking the time I save and using it to make bonus bits of content whenever I can, starting with an alternate ending to the Dog Days series, which will release in a few days.
Right. I better quit yapping before I sound like a hypnocrite.
