There are severals songs in german based on missunderstood english songs - quite funny actually - and they are called "Anneliese Braun" songs because someone referred to "California dreaming" as song called Anneliese Braun, based on the first words (totally missunderstood of course) So trying to put this aside and listen to the arrangement and Dianas unique voice itΒ΄s just incredible how she can create a totally different atmosphere than in the original but yet still transport the original feelings as well - and she does this with many of her covers ππΆ Those "strange" sounds she performs with her voice always remind me of the mongolian throat singing. πΆ
