It's here! (Jen's reaction) That was great to see again, it's aged pretty well. Exciting, tense reaction! Bravo! Hair is looking divine, btw. 1:02:50 Out, damned spot. Tobe Hooper, the director of 'Poltergeist' also did 'The Texas Chainsaw Massacre' (1974 / insane cannibalistic serial killers), probably loosely based on the Scottish story of the cannibal clan of Sawney Bean. Despite TCM 74's reputation it isn't at all very graphic or bloody but it is still deeply disturbing and very terrifying. Cert. X (back in the day). Hooper also directed the well regarded tv mini-series adaptation of Stephen King's Salem's Lot (1979 / vampires). This is only a cert 15, so not too bad for you.
