NSFW Content Question

This has been on my mind for a minute now because censoring my sketches can be kind of a pain-- especially when some of them are too nsfw to be censored easily.
Is it enough to make the first image of each nsfw post(the most prominent one) a sfw preview? And then include the uncensored images beneath that so they display as thumbnails.
I don't want to expose anyone to things they don't want to see but there also seems to be no good way to filter out nsfw content here, so I'm open to suggestions!
