I don't know the name, but actress Megan Hilty filmed a pilot (I think for ABC) where she played a washed up Broadway actress trying to coerce her athletics son to do theater instead of sports? I don't know the exact plot, it never aired. But it was in the late 2010s. I hope you'll be able to find it! I was looking forward to it, and then nothing ever happened.
