WIP - Clamshell

I've been taking some time to work on a personal piece today, in celebration of the upcoming Valentine's Day holiday, and because I simply feel like it and drawing for fun is good for the soul.
I've long wanted to do a remake (in spirit) of this old Venus-inspired piece, and I've always loved the motif of clams and shells and pearls and "ocean but make it pretty." So here I am, painting my little pearl-loving heart away. I still like the original, so I think of this less as a replacement and more of an evolution of the concept.
I thought it might be interesting to make this a sticker, which I haven't done for a painted piece yet, but we'll see. If nothing else, it'll make for a nice print.
