COMPLETE - Rocksteady (Commission)

I was only really a casual Ninja Turtles fan as a kid. I'm the youngest of three, and largely gravitated toward video games and vaguely Japanese fare, with Ninja Turtles being my brother's thing. (My sister - the middle child - claimed to prefer Sega over Nintendo but I think she was just being a contrarian. I digress.)
Even still, I can only imagine that the two brutish baddies Beebop and Rocksteady were some amount of peoples' gay awakening, so it was no surprise when a commissioner asked me to draw Rocksteady in a somewhat spicy way.
I initially had him holding a gun, which seems to be his usual weapon of choice, but the commissioner preferred a version without it (guns are polarizing, I get it). I took my own reference photo, holding my SNES Super Scope, the only gun-like thing I own. I'd post the image here, but I'm shirtless and it's honestly not a super flattering photo, haha. Just picture it in your head!
