Looking for a Programmer and Freezing Until We Find A Good Match

Sadly, today we have some news that are not great. Firstly, we'd like to apologies for not updating a lot. We have been working on the game and doing the best we can but we have to admit that when taking the project on, we underestimated how hard it is to make management games. Games like that are all about the systems and the back-end and when we started, we made a build which we released, but decided to re-do the whole thing because the back-end systems were not good enough.
Since then, we have been working on those systems and making progress but the main problem with management games, specially when it comes to adult games is that there is nothing "cool" or "sexy" to show while working on those.. it's a bunch of tables and code.
Sadly however, after months of doing this, we understand we are simply not good enough to make this right. And with the systems we currently have, the game will become a mess very fast. We need an experienced UE4 programmer but we currently don't have one.
We ARE looking for a full-time UE4 programmer to join the team and want to continue the game development - the project is not dead but we also don't feel right asking people to support it anymore, as it's been too long since the last build and the progress is too slow until we find a programmer (if anyone reading this is a good fit, feel free to reach out to us!)
So, until we solve this, we'd like to "freeze" the project - we'll be back once we find a programmer and show actual progress, but for now, we'd suggest you guys stop supporting until we.. well... "get our shit together". This sucks, we know, but we have spent a LOT of time and money on this and we are still willing to spend a lot more, we just need to find a great programmer for it and until then and some actual progress, we feel wrong asking you to continue your support. But we'll be back and make this dream come true eventually.. will just take a while :)
