Kioskloud's financial report of August, 2022

Dear patrons of Kioskloud

Thanks to your supports, Kioskloud was able to ease some financial burden we faced.

We, Kioskloud project team, sincerely appreciate your support, and wish your continuous supports to keep running Kioskloud website and its services.

Here we present monthly income statement report through an attachment of this post.

And this is the summary of our incomes and expense of from August 01, 2022 to September 04, 2022, which is based on USD($) currency.

1. Income total: 198.57

• Donation of this month: 157.68 (Patreon) + 19 (Buy me a coffee) + 0 (Ko-fi) + cryptocurrency(10 CRP) = 198.57 + 10 CRP
• Revenue from commercial affiliated program: 0

2. Expense total: 38.30

3. Income tax & charge expense: 4.00

4. Net income (after taxes and charge expense): 156.27

5. Reserved fund: 417.15

And here are some significant notifications regarding our financial report and income/expense for next month. These changes come into effect this month.

1. To avoid confusion in identifying documentary evidence and account records, the system by which Kioskloud keeps books for Kioskloud service in accounting will change like below.

• The donation incomes after taxes and charge expenses will be listed on the financial report instead of another one before taxes and charge expenses. This will make the history of commission charged by the donation platform excluded from the list of 'Income tax & charge expense'.
• The history of 'Remittance charges' in the list of 'Expense' will be transferred to the list of 'Income tax & charge expense'. This is because such charges are charged not by the donation platform, but by the bank.
• All history of monthly, yearly, and one-off donations will be integrated into a history of 'Donation of this month'.

2. After September, the expense of Kioskloud will be increased for the reason below.

• On Sep. 06, Kioskloud launched a new upload service called 'File(V2)'.
• This will cost a new server maintenance fee as File(V2) require an additional Enterprise-level server.

3. After September, the income of Kioskloud will be increased for the reason below.

• On Sep. 06, Kioskloud got approved to form a commercial partnership with Google Adsense. This will create new revenue from the commercial affiliated program.

P.S.

Beware that all these statement only include revenue and expense related to incomes from donation and commercial affiliated program.

This means Kioskloud do not make a disclosure of financial statement derived from each of our team members' pocket.
