The rider may be fixated on what has been rather than moving forward, suggesting an inability to let go or progress. Other times it represents the 'fool' archetype. The symbology of a high heel being put into a mans mouth is a much more charged bit of imagery most easily representing feminine power derived from aspects of sexuality being used to control others. In this case perhaps the ability to speak. Note that she 'magically' manipulates the men pulling them to her, before they are struck dumb by the rapturous energy she and the other witches emit. Another aspect of feminine power being used to control things that have on face greater strength. The video is a complicated statement.
