Good SIMaritan Mod!

Is your sim a "do-gooder"? Now they can do more for the community! This mod includes the following:

     SIMaritan Aspiration - A complete aspiration track with a reward trait of PhilanthroSIM. 

           -OBJECTIVES TO COMPLETE: 

1. Donate to Charity - Can be done by built in donation actions, or easier options added in with this mod! "Donate to Soup kitchen" can be completed by clicking on the phone (has it's own category) or by clicking on the active sim. (Option shows up twice, but either is fine).

2. Own A Soup Kitchen - Simply buy a restaurant, build or select the restaurant of choice, and edit the custom menu. Add the free food choices to the menu to serve the underserved. *For the sake of running the restaurant, I suggest still adding paid food items to the menu so that you get all customers and still make a profit.*

Once your sim decides to buy a restaurant they will instantly receive a $100,000 simoleon grant! This is the aspiration reward. 

    Homeless Shelter / Community Center

Included below is a community space I built as a homeless shelter/community center. This is a place where homeless sims (or sims living on an empty lot with no money) can go to sleep, shower, and even eat FOR FREE any time.

                             *eh ehmm Rags to Riches challenge ppl* 

 This lot (and mod download) includes a custom food station with every single meal offered for free. Your sims can get on their feet without couch surfing. This center also includes a computer lab, and activities for your sims to build skills. It is categorized as a community space but if you do not have the Eco Lifestyle EP then, you can just build a generic lot and place the food station as desired. 

This lot was built with mostly base game objects, but there may be some items that were included in DLC.

    BILL ASSISTANCE

If your sim has less than 100 simoleons on hand and is delinquent on their utility bills, they can apply for energy assistance the same way they can donate, by phone or by clicking on active sim under "Charity".

IMPORTANT

MAKE SURE TO COPY ALL FILES INTO MOD FOLDER FOR FULL FUNCTIONALITY.

MOD REQUIRES DINE OUT TO USE THE RESTAURANT OPTION, OF COURSE. I believe University is required for the food station. Either way, I hope you enjoy this mod and I hope this encourages you to serve your community in real life as well. ♥♥♥
