Obscuring Veil

A sheer veil lined with dazzling gems. This item grants you different features while you are Veiled or Unveiled.
Veiled. Creatures have disadvantage on Wisdom (Insight or Perception) checks made to perceive you or read your features. While you are under the effects of the Ceremony spell, creatures also reduce the number rolled on such checks by 1d4.
Unveiled. While Veiled, you or another creature can Unveil you as a Bonus Action, causing each creature within 30 feet of you that can see you to make a Wisdom saving throw (DC 16). While you are under the effects of the Ceremony spell, the DC increases to 18. On a failure, a creature is stunned or charmed by you for 10 minutes (your choice for each creature). A charmed creature remains charmed this way for the duration or until it takes damage. A stunned creature can repeat their saving throw at the end of their turn to end the condition. They have disadvantage on the saving throw as long as you are within their line of sight.
When a creature succeeds their saving throw or the condition ends for them, they are immune to this property for the next 24 hours. Once you use this property, you cannot do so again until you finish a long rest.
While many memorable moments emerge throughout any wedding ceremony, none have the gravity of the bride’s entrance. Music heralds her arrival as she approaches, veiled face obscured from the breathless crowd and her awaiting betrothed. The reveal of her beauty is a sight to behold, a spellbinding display for all who witness her majesty.
