I am finally back down to my lowest weight since starting my health journey. My first goal weight was 200 back in August of 2021 when I weighed nearly 270. I’d always get close and then life would happen. I’d fall off the wagon for varies reasons. Typically it would be traveling with others who loooovvee to eat.
I have 3 more days to hit 200 or below before my trip to Florida 😅 think I can finally reach my goal before life gets in the way again?
I am actually planning on sticking to my regimen while in Florida though. I am hoping I come back home from this trip well below my goal weight. If that happens, 180 will be the next milestone I try and hit 💪🏻
