5 weeks progress pics

Officially down 17 pounds in 5 weeks weighing in at 200.2 today.

These past 5 weeks I have focused on a high protein diet while following an animal based way of eating which consists of lots of organic free range eggs, grass fed red meat, wild caught seafood, whole fat dairy, organic fruits and raw organic honey. I would also supplement daily shilajit, a clean electrolytes drink (LMNT), mct oil and collagen.

Additionally, I incorporated free weight workouts and cardio ( typically a nightly or early morning walk between 1-4 miles) 5-6 days a week. I would also get at least 30 min of sun a day and I would make sure to touch grass for at least 30 min a day as well.

About a week into this lifestyle, my internal alarm clock came back. No more medicating to fall asleep, no more alarms going off to wake up me. I constantly fall alseep around 11pm every night and wake up around 6:30am every morning. It is truly amazing what taking care of your body can do. I don’t need or want naps, my mood is better and I feel motivated to tackle what the day has in store for me. I can’t even describe how much more productive I am. It’s awesome.
