MMD Crimson & Elisabeth (The Eminence In Shadow)

For Crimson model, the default appearance is with his Vampire Coat.. so I hide the Arms & his swallowtail cloth. You can show The Arms & swallowtail with expression control (others).. you can also hide the coat on it.

- Fixed Manashiku shader
- Auto load the shader (please read the txt file 'how to use' if the shader not working)
- Add raw texture in 'Materials' folder (if you use it outside MMD like Blender, etc)
