In this scene, we find someone has snuck up behind Mayor Foxtrot and pulled her legs into a rather uncomfortable position! To make things worse, they've belted her ankles and wedged off her Oxfords! I wonder just how dignified she can come across while this sort of thing goes on beneath her chair as she tries to deliver her weekly address on live news feed!
