The English translations (both the official and pirated) are a bit off with conviction, but if you look at the original Korean version, the only two people who officially have conviction are Hudson (mentioned in workers 1a) and Taesoo (mentioned in one night 3). Gapryong highly likely has it because it was kinda implied during the Cheonliang arc, but it's not confirmed.

There's a lot of "Seoul boy" reference in this arc because there's a huge rivalry between Seoul (biggest city and capital) and Busan (second biggest city) in Korea. Busan is known for its machoism (manliness) so they call Seoul people kids/boys. Busan is also really conservative in terms of family values, so they care a lot about brotherhood and protecting/providing for their family. For instance, all the Busan 2nd gens were mentored by a 1st gen. 2. Sang talking about Jeongseok's shoelace after his knee unbuckling is also a part of the Busan machoism stereotype. He's basically trying to save Jeongseok's face by saying he didn't lose to Daniel. 3. Busan's mayor and Jaegwang Do (the gold fist guy) are probably related. It's more explicitly implied in the Asian translations but not so much in some translations. 4. Sang's full name literally means white teeth or great white shark in Korean. So that kinda explains the white hair and the metal teeth. 5. The ring on Lang's right hand says Jin, which means true or real and is also the character for his last name.
