After escaping Order 66, Ahsoka and Rex head to Tatooine - far and away from the grips of the newborn Empire - to recoup and hope beyond all hope that perhaps news of Ahsoka's former Master Anakin Skywalker might reach them on his homeworld. After laying low on the edge of the Dune Sea without word for some time, Commander Tano and Captain Rex find something to distract them from the darkness befalling the Galaxy, all the while entirely unaware of a new hope burgeoning only a few miles away...
